Are you taking on too many people's emotions ??
One of the most recurring conversations I have with people is how easy it is to pick up other people's emotions. At the end of the day you are frazzled, overwhelmed and just plain exhausted ! Our nervous systems are not wired for that much stress.
Most of the time we are trying to deal our stuff not realizing we have our stuff and all the people we have interacted with during the day and their stuff.
One of the VERY BEST things I could pass on is to clear your energetic field --DAILY !!!!
If your are Highly Sensitive Person this is something you might find super helpful in calming your body to do several times a day.
It only needs to take a minute to do the whole process. You just say the words in your head and see the image and go through it as quickly or slowly as you want. It is our intention to clear that is ALL THAT IS NEEDED.
You can take my basic clearing until you find your own and start to feel the space and lightness of not carrying so many extra emotions in your body
My BASIC CLEARING TECHNIQUE
Step 1: DECLARE --I now clear anything and everything that is not mine and mine alone out of my energetic fields. (you can create a visual for yourself to go along with this )
Step 2: SEE IT CLEARED OUT
take whatever visual you want to see a clear space. Go through a mental car wash, walk into a white room, take a leaf blower to your body, or take a sifter and start from head down. Whatever it takes to make you feel like you have cleared your space in your body and around it.
Step 3: FILL
I now fill this space with unconditional love, my own energy, my own magic
** Very important step here **
(say as much or as little as you want here but the point is to not leave that new space empty. WE want to be the ones that decides what is in our energy fields so we have to intentionally put what we want back in )
Step 4: SEAL and MOVE ON
Imagine now a shield of translucent light that you circle around your body and then go about your day doing whatever.
